My name is Michael Sharp of Be Sharp Fitness and Wellness Services LLC and Trained For Victory LLC. I am a former collegiate athlete and graduate of George Mason University. For years, I have been passionate about helping individuals and groups of all walks improve their health and wellness. I began this journey in 2006 as a hobbyist while working full-time in law enforcement for Arlington County Court services. Over the years friends have relied on me as a trusted fitness and wellness resource. Having recently left the real estate and corporate world, I am now in full pursuit of my passion to offer my services on a full-time basis. My experience as a certified personal trainer, speed and agility coach and licensed massage therapist, has afforded me with the opportunity to greatly impact and help to transform peoples lives. My goal has always been to help people lose weight, feel better about themselves, and even help improve their health screening results. As a speed and agility coach, my successes include assisting high school, collegiate, and professional athletes in becoming much improved performers in their respective sports.
